Purchases, for any app

I bought Pro but the app still asks me to pay

Open the paywall inside the app and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email me and say roughly when you bought it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I paste a design into Instagram?

Tap Copy as Image, open your Instagram Story, then tap and hold the canvas and choose Paste. The image has a transparent background, so only the artwork lands on your Story.

Where did my saved work go?

Saved pieces live in “Mine” inside the app, on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them, and they do not sync between devices.

The fonts, templates or stickers won't load

They are downloaded the first time you open the list, so the first run needs a connection; after that they are cached and work offline. If a list stays empty, switch networks and reopen the app.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Photos, text and designs stay on your device — see the privacy policy.

Is the camera recording me?

No. During a session the front camera is analysed on your iPhone to tell whether you are still at the desk, and no frame ever leaves the phone. Nothing about your face is saved. The one exception is time-lapse, which you turn on yourself: it writes a video file to your phone, for you to watch, and it is never uploaded.

Can I use the app without the camera?

Yes. Timer-only mode runs the whole app — cat, sessions, streak and history — without asking for the camera at all.

Why does the cat keep waking up?

The cat reacts to sustained signs of distraction: a few seconds of looking away makes it twitch, about ten seconds wakes it. If it happens too often, put the phone somewhere it can see your face, redo the calibration step, or pick the mode that matches what you are doing — reading and writing are not treated as distraction.

The cat says my name wrong, or I want it to stop

Clear or change the name in Settings; clearing it stops the name being used and nothing further is sent. If you want the recording of your name deleted from the server too, email me.

App blocking isn't working

Blocking uses Apple's Screen Time permission. Check Settings → Screen Time on your iPhone, make sure Catnap is still allowed, then pick your apps again in the app's shield settings.

Where are my time-lapses stored?

In the app's own storage on your phone, next to the session they belong to. Deleting the session or the app deletes the video.
